Shipping & Return Policy

LOCAL PICKUP

  • You can skip the shipping fees with free In-Store pickup at the Cleveland Heights, Coventry Village location. In-Store pickup is available Monday-Saturday, 1pm-6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 
  • Please have your confirmation Email available.

 

CONTINENTAL US 

  • Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday-Saturday) using USPS Priority Mail, usually 2 Day delivery, delivery delays may occur.  You can take advantage of Free Shipping on orders $75 or more. Passport To Peru does not pay for return shipping.
  • Passport To Peru will not ship order to alternate shipping addresses. Both billing and shipping addresses must match.  
  • Orders with non-matching billing & shipping addresses will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase!

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but in the case that you are not please see our 30 day return policy.

  • 30 Day return from the date your online purchase shipped. 
  • Clothing & Footwear must be unworn, tags attached and be returned in the original packaging (Footwear will not be accepted without the original box. Please use a sock or nylon while checking your new footwear purchase for size & comfort).
  • Tarot & Oracle cards must be unopened, the plastic wrapping must be intact. (Please research cards prior or email us with questions or suggestions). 
  • Our Poly Mailer envelops are reusable as well as our cardboard boxes.
  • Passport To Peru does not refund shipping & handling charges.
  • Please review our list of non-returnable.

If you received an incorrect product, an item you did not order, Passport to Peru will issue a prepaid return label.

Unfortunately, if a returned item does not meet the criteria for acceptable returns, the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.

If a package is refused delivery a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
