Spearmint (Mentha spicata) essential oil is cooling and anti-inflammatory to the skin. It is calming and is helpful with tight muscles.
Chemistry: carvone (57.61%), limonene (19.99%), b-myrcene (1.51%), b-pinene (1.47%), 1,8-cineole (1.38%), a-pinene (1.33%)
Usage: For skin application, add just 1 drop to 1 teaspoon of unscented lotion and gently massage in skin for cooling, itch relief, or muscle cramps.
Energetic Properties: Spearmint is helpful with clearing the mind and promoting mental focus.
